Simply put, CF Lite is CrossFit without the barbell or complex gymnastics type moves. Our 45-minute classes are designed to burn fat, build lean muscle, and increase endurance all while having a blast in a group environment. The classes will be M, W, and F at noon so you may even be able to get in and out over your lunch break. Using body weight, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, jump ropes, resistance bands, rings, rowers, bikes, some running – each class will be coach led and will consist of a group warm-up, possibly a strength element, a higher intensity workout, finished off with a cool down and a group stretch. All movements can be modified to match your fitness level so that the workout is still challenging but not overwhelming. The programming will change each day so that you get a great variety of workouts to keep you motivated and excited to see what the next session will bring. CF Lite is for all fitness levels. All you have to do is show up, be willing to learn, put in the effort to reach your goals, and we will help you get there.

Never done CrossFit: If you’ve never done CrossFit but have always wanted to stick your toe in the water and just try it out, this is a great way to do that. The classes are still coach led, but the training will be less technical than regular CrossFit and it’s a great introduction for beginners. You will still get the feel of the intensity of CrossFit without some of the complexity or heavy lifting.
Regular Musclecamp CrossFit member: If you have been doing our regular CrossFit classes and are looking for a little change of pace or simply can’t get to a CrossFit scheduled class, this might be just what you are looking for.
